- Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine in 2017-2019.
- Was responsible for the development of the state’s strategic communications, the implementation of the Information Security Doctrine of Ukraine, and the provision of information security and the fight against information threats.
- Prior to the appointment to the position of Deputy Minister of Information Policy, was an adviser to the Minister on public principles.
- From May to December 2014 – a volunteer of the Information and Analytical Center of the NSDC.
- Co-author of the Information Security Doctrine of Ukraine, adopted in 2017.
- Co-author and editor of “The White Book of Special Information Operations against Ukraine in 2014-2018”, published by the Ministry of Information Policy.
- In 2015, he and his colleagues founded the NGO “Institute of post-information society” and launched the first in Ukraine free online video course “OSINT Academy”, in which he acted as an author and trainer.
- The author of dozens of open data investigations.
